Dr. Debbie T. Devine is a distinguished nurse leader, educator, and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with extensive experience in clinical care, higher education, forensic nursing, and public health. She earned her PhD in Nursing from the University of South Florida and has held academic positions at various institutions, where she has taught at the undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral levels. Her work is dedicated to advancing evidence-based practice, innovating curricula, and mentoring students. As a subject matter expert, she has contributed to integrating national nursing competencies into academic programs and continues to shape the future of nursing education through thoughtful instructional design and leadership.
