In this episode, we present Excellence in Nursing During COVID-19 and Beyond, a program developed by the University of South Florida College of Nursing in collaboration with Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Sarasota, Florida. We recognize that organizations must provide nurses with an environment to thrive. The Excellence in Nursing During COVID-19 and Beyond program seeks to improve the working environment for nurses facing burnout and stress as the pandemic persists.
